Abnormal Corpse Phenomenon - Ijoushii Gensho

...Postmortem changes, i.e. the loss of biological functions and physical and chemical changes in the corpse that occur after death. These can be divided into early, late, and abnormal corpse phenomena.
[Early Death Phenomenon]
Symptoms that appear within one day after death include loss of pupil light reflex and dilation, decreased intraocular pressure, paleness of the upper skin and appearance of necrotic spots in the lower areas, rigor mortis that appears after muscle relaxation, dryness of the skin and lip mucosa, clouding of the cornea, and cooling of the corpse.
