EC Court of Justice

The ECJ is a court established in Luxembourg as an institution for the judicial resolution of disputes within the European Union (EU). It is abbreviated as the ECJ. It was established in 1958 as a common institution of the three EC (European Community) communities, together with the European Parliament.
