...The name was probably chosen because the stepped mound shape resembled a tea mortar, but it is not limited to circular tombs, and there are many examples of keyhole-shaped tombs as well. Akabori Chausuyama Tomb (Gunma Prefecture), Ikeda Chausuyama Tomb (Osaka Prefecture), Sakurai Chausuyama Tomb (Nara Prefecture), and Yanai Chausuyama Tomb (Yamaguchi Prefecture) are particularly famous.
