Ikake - Ikake

...Distributed from Hokkaido to the Philippines. It is called by many different names depending on the region, such as ara in many areas, hota in the Kansai region, ikakake in various parts of the Chugoku region, and sukesou in Nagasaki and Kumamoto. Its body is slender and similar to that of a sea bass (illustration), but its back is brown and its belly is white.
