A simple hot spring wells up in the valley of the Kinugawa River in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture. 34-53℃. Taki Onsen, known since the Edo period, has three bathhouses. It is one of the Kanto region's leading hot springs for leisure, and is part of Nikko National Park. Hot spring towns have developed on both banks of the river.
