Myasthenia gastritis. A state in which the stomach's tone is extremely reduced, and peristalsis is somewhat reduced. A feeling of fullness and oppression in the stomach often appears, and may be accompanied by nausea and constipation. In severe cases, loss of appetite and weakness may also occur. In addition to a powerless constitution and overeating, many cases are psychosomatic, triggered by persistent stress. In addition to symptomatic treatment, dietary therapy and lifestyle changes are performed.

胃筋無力症。胃の緊張力がきわめて低下した状態で，ぜん動も多少減退する。胃の膨満感，重圧感の現れることが多く，吐き気，便秘を伴うこともあり，重症になると食欲不振や衰弱の加わることもある。無力性体質や過食のほか，持続するストレスが誘因となる心身症的なものが多い。対症療法のほか，食餌療法，生活の改善などが行われる。
