《Andiana》 - Andiana

After the Revolution, she lived a peaceful life in Nohant, the village in central France where she had spent her childhood. The first work she wrote under her pseudonym George Sand was the novel Indiana (1832). Like other novels such as Lélia (1833), this work glorifies passion and love, but also attacks society and the institution of marriage for its unfair treatment of women.
