The Chronicles of Lord Ayanokoji

...The name of a medieval vocal piece. The score is included in the Ayanokoji Toshikazukyo no Ki (1514 colophon) under the title Mizu no Enkiyoku (Water Monkey Piece), also called Mizu no Shirabyōshi (Water White Dance). It is the only piece not found in any other book, and is thought to be a transitional vocal piece from Imayo to Soga.
