Ananta - Ahh what?

...The constitutional revolution (1932) occurred during the reign of King Rama VII, which led to the collapse of the absolute monarchy and the establishment of Thailand as a constitutional monarchy. The king abdicated in 1935 while on medical leave in England. His successor, King Ananta, who was 10 years old and studying in Switzerland at the time, remained in Switzerland until the start of World War II, and died unexpectedly during a temporary return to Japan after the war. The virtual vacuum in the monarchy that lasted for more than 10 years was finally filled when Ananta's younger brother, Bhumibol, who was also studying in Switzerland, ascended to the throne as King IX. ...
