1912-1997 An actress from the Showa and Heisei eras.
Born December 16, 1912. Wife of Nakahara Junichi. Entered the Takarazuka Music and Drama School in 1928, debuting the following year in "Spring Dance." As a male star, she supported the popularity of Takarazuka before the war along with Sayo Fukuko. She left the company in 1929, and married Nakahara Junichi the following year. She was active in a wide range of fields, including as a reporter for the magazine her husband edited, as a singer, actress, and painter. Died March 13, 1997. Age 84. Born in Hyogo Prefecture. Graduated from Amagasaki Girls' High School. Her real name was Nakahara Eiko.

大正元年12月16日生まれ。中原淳一の妻。昭和3年宝塚音楽歌劇学校にはいり,翌年「春のをどり」でデビュー。男役スターとして,小夜(さよ)福子とともに戦前の宝塚人気をささえた。14年退団し,翌年中原淳一と結婚。夫が主宰する雑誌の記者,歌手,女優,画家などとして幅ひろく活動した。平成9年3月13日死去。84歳。兵庫県出身。尼崎高女卒。本名は中原英子。
