Levallorphan

...Acute poisoning due to large doses can cause coma, miosis, hypothermia, respiratory depression, and death due to respiratory arrest. For acute poisoning, especially respiratory depression, antagonists such as nalorphine and levallorphan are used. Caution is required when using these drugs in children, the elderly, and the debilitated, as they are particularly susceptible to respiratory depression.
