Narimanov, NN (English spelling)

...The oil workers' movement was at the core of the overthrow of the Musavat regime. With the workers' uprising and the entry of the 11th Red Army into Baku, the establishment of Soviet power was proclaimed on April 28, 1920 (Chairman of the Revolutionary Committee, Narimanov NNNarimanov), and the Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic was formed. In March 1922, Azerbaijan formed the Transcaucasian Federal Union with Georgia and Armenia, and in December the Transcaucasian Socialist Federated Soviet Republic was formed, and on December 30, the four countries of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and the Transcaucasus formed the Soviet Union.
