...After the translation of the New Testament was completed, a Greek manuscript was requested from Rome to be revised in order to ensure accuracy (around 433). According to one theory, Sahak (Isaak), the head of the Armenian Church at the time, Catholicos, not only supported this project but also translated it himself.
