SAS - Specialized Assembling and Distributing Services
Special Air Services : British special airborne forces. Founded during World War II as a rear-disturbing force for the British Army in the war against Germany, it was reorganized as a special force of the Army after the war. In 1987, it became part of the UKSF (British Special Forces) along with the SBS (Special Boat Service). Sass.
