Scampa

...the capital of the eponymous county, with a population of 83,000 (1990). It originated from an ancient city known as Scampa. It developed as a distribution center for agricultural products, but after World War II, a copper smelting plant, the country's largest wood processing plant, a tobacco and food factory, and an oil refinery were built in the suburb of Tsarikh.
