Jugendstil

...The name comes from L'art nouveau Bing, a store selling Oriental crafts and new designs that was opened in Paris in 1895 by the German art dealer Samuel Bing (1838-1905), and is used mainly in France and the UK. It has also been called style moderne (modern style) in France and Belgium, Jugendstil (Youth style) in Germany, and Secession (Secession) in Austria, but the same form and spirit can be found in them.
