Intraspecific mimicry

Japanese: intraspecific mimicry(英語表記)intraspecificmimicry
Intraspecific mimicry

...In addition, examples of butterflies and fish that have eye-shaped patterns on parts of their bodies to scare off predators or to focus the enemy's attack on the false eyes so that they can escape can also be considered signal mimicry in a broad sense.
[Intraspecific mimicry]
Both cryptic and signaling mimicry are effective against other species, but they are distinguished by intraspecific mimicry, which is effective against the same species. A famous example is the egg pattern on the pelvic fins of the male mouse breeder of the cichlid family. The female mistakes the egg for a real egg and tries to suck it in, and the male ejaculates at the same time, resulting in fertilization of the egg in her mouth.
