International'noe bratstvo (English spelling)

...After his sentence was commuted, he planned to escape while living in Irkutsk, and traveled to London via Japan and the United States. There, he cooperated with Herzen's revolutionary magazine Kolokol, but they disagreed over tactics. He moved to Italy and founded the International Brotherhood, International'noe bratstvo. In 1867, he attended the League for Peace and Freedom Congress and wrote the manifesto, Unionism, Socialism, Anti-Theology. The following year, he moved to Switzerland, where he published the magazine Narodnoe delo, and also founded the International Social Democratic Union, which later disbanded and joined the First International, but his conflict with the Marxists became clear at the Basel Congress.
