Huynh Phu So (English spelling)

...It is also called Hoa Hao (harmony) Buddhism. It was named after the birthplace of founder Huynh Phu So (1919-?), Hoa Hao Village, Chaduk Province, but Hoa Hao also represents the religion's ideals of philanthropy, equality, unity, and cooperation. It was founded in May 1939.
