Hoi An (English spelling)

…The ancient name of Hoi An, the capital of the former Quang Nam Province in central Vietnam. Since the Quang Nam (Cantonese) Dynasty established its capital in Hue in the early 17th century, it has flourished as an international trading port along with Tu Lan (now Da Nang).
