From the Visayan people

...based on linguistic classification, the Cebuano (population 10.26 million, 1975, same below) who live in the Central Visayas, such as Cebu, Bohol, eastern Negros, and western Leyte; the Ilonggo (also called Hiligaynon, 4.2 million) who live in the Western Visayas, especially in western and northern Negros, and eastern Panay; the Waray-waray (1.95 million) who live on Samar and northeastern Leyte in the Eastern Visayas; and the Kinaray-a (also called Hamtikon) who live in western Panay.
