...They are said to be one of the oldest ethnic groups in Africa, and were once widespread throughout southern Africa, but due to the southward migration of the Bantu people and the settlement of Europeans, they are now a single language family consisting of the San and Khoi-Koin languages ​​of the Kalahari Desert in Botswana, Namibia, and southern Angola, as well as the Sandawe and Hadza languages ​​(also called Hadzapi and Kindega), which form a linguistic island in Tanzania in East Africa. The number of speakers of Khoi-Koin is said to be around 20,000 to 30,000, around 50,000 for the San, and around 10,000 for the Sandawe and Hadza combined.
