Japanese: 欧米植物群 - おうべいしょくぶつぐん（英語表記）Euramerican flora

A group of plants that was distributed mainly in Europe and North America during the late Paleozoic era, about 300 million years ago. The main plants are the small-leaved Lepidodendron (scale tree), the Sigillaria (seal tree), the arthropod Calamites (reed), the fern-like Neuropteris , Alethopteris , Taeniopteris , Callipteris , and Gigantopteris , and the coniferous Cordaites .
