divertissement

The former is called tutu romantic and the latter tutu classic. DivertissementInitially, it meant a ballet scene inserted into an opera, but later it came to mean a series of dances performed in a ballet work independently of the plot. Examples: Act 3 of "Swan Lake" and Act 3 of "Sleeping Beauty".
