"Il conciliatore" (English spelling)

…Italian thinker. In 1818, in the reactionary situation under the Vienna system, he founded the newspaper “Il conciliatore” in Milan under Austrian rule, and played the role of a leader of the romantic cultural movement. The newspaper was banned the following year for its nationalistic and liberal tendencies.
