In the west, it is divided into two mountains, the coastal İsfendiyar Mountains and the inland Köröğlu Mountains, but in the center it becomes the Canik Mountains, and further east it becomes the Eastern Black Sea Mountains Doğu Karadeniz Dağları, which connect to the Caucasus Mountains.
