Butkara

...The capital of Uddiyana was Mingora (the city of Maokari, as Xuanzang put it) about 3km northeast of present-day Saidu Sharif, and there are many ruins in the vicinity. The most important is the site of a Buddhist temple at Butkara, south of Mingora, where there are about 200 small stupas around a large stupa that was expanded five times, and it seems that there was a monastery outside the surrounding walls. There is a city site in Udegram, west of Saidu Sharif, where stratigraphic layers from the Mauryan Empire (4th century BC) to the Sassanid invasion period (4th century) have been confirmed.
