Breuer, J.

Japanese: Breuer,J.(英語表記)BreuerJ
Breuer, J.

...A 21-year-old female patient whose real name was Bertha Pappenheim, treated by the Viennese physician Josef Breuer (1842-1925) between 1880 and 1882.

From [Complex]

...The concept of complex was first used as a psychopathological term by J. Breuer (1895), who pioneered S. Freud's psychoanalytic therapy. He called it the "Ideenkomplex." ...

From [Psychoanalysis]

...In what follows, I will respect Freud's definition and explain it in three major categories: psychoanalysis as therapy, psychoanalysis as theory, and psychoanalysis as application, and finally provide an overview of trends in psychoanalysis since Freud.
[Psychoanalysis as treatment]
J. Breuer (1842-1925), a physician who was once a friend of Freud, devised a psychotherapy method in which he would hypnotize patients with hysteria, a type of neurosis, and then have them emotionally recount various memories related to their current neurotic symptoms, thereby eliminating the symptoms. As Freud continued to experiment with Breuer's method, he eventually abandoned hypnosis, stopped encouraging recollections about specific themes as Breuer had done, and instead founded the free association method.

From [Hering-Breuel reflex]

…Also called the pulmonary vagal respiratory reflex. One of the mechanisms of respiratory regulation. It was named after KEK Hering and Josef Breuer (1842-1925) who reported it in 1868. Breathing consists of a rhythm of inhalation and exhalation, which is regulated by the central nervous system and also influenced by afferent information from the periphery. For example, when the lungs expand due to inhalation, the stretch receptors in the lungs are stimulated, and the afferent information from these receptors inhibits the inhalation center in the brainstem through the vagus nerve, which in turn inhibits the inspiratory nerve activity that controls the inspiratory muscles, reflexively switching inhalation to exhalation. …

1868年K.E.K. …
