Balti

...Pubod means "Tibet" and Keskad means "language". The Balti language of the Kashmir region of Pakistan and the Baluchistan region is also recognized as a dialect of Tibetan. The population of Tibetans is estimated at 3.87 million in China (1982), and 800,000 to 1 million elsewhere.
