Angel Urquiza, J.

…The movement was founded in Mexico in 1937 by German engineer Hellmut Oscar Schreiter and Mexican José Angel Urquiza. Schreiter's original goal was to establish a fascist organization in Mexico, as seen in the establishment of the Anti-Communist Center (1936), its predecessor.
