Agamēdēs (English spelling) Agamedes

…son of Erginos, king of Orchomenus. Together with his brother Agamedes, they were famous architects, building the temples of Apollo at Delphi and Poseidon at Mantinea. Later, when they built the treasury of Hyrieus, king of Hyria, on the island of Euboea, the two men tampered with one of the foundation stones and later stole the treasures.
