Automatic call distribution device. A device that automatically manages and controls incoming calls. It can distribute successive incoming calls equally among the TSRs (Telephone Sales Representatives) who are available at that time or who have been waiting the longest for the next call to be answered. During peak call times, it has a function that automatically plays a recorded message to customers who have been waiting for a certain period of time saying that the line is busy and response will be delayed, and a function that automatically transfers the call to the next TSR group if the response is too delayed. It also provides detailed management reports (call management) on reception status.

着信呼自動分配装置。着信したコールを自動的に管理、コントロールする装置。つぎつぎに入る着信コールをその時点で手のあいている、あるいはつぎの応対を最も長い時間待っているTSR（TelephoneSales Representative)から順次均等に分配できる｡コールのピーク時に一定の時間待たされているお客様に対しては「混雑中で応答が遅れる」旨の録音メッセージを自動的に流す機能や、応答があまりにも遅くなった場合、コールを自動的につぎのTSRグループに回す機能などがある｡受信状況に関する詳細な管理報告（コールマネジメント）が提供される｡
