Rose of the Wind - Kaze no Bara

...There is a symbol called a wind rose that shows which direction each direction is from a certain point. It literally means "wind rose" and consists of several layers of concentric circles and compass lines emanating from the center. It was named so because its shape resembles a rose petal, and it has been used since the Greek era.
