A mountain park in the north-central part of Colorado, USA. Established in 1915. Area 1060 km2 . Known for its magnificent mountain beauty, including 3000m-class high mountains, wide valleys, glacial landforms, and steep canyons, which form the heart of the Rocky Mountains, it is also famous for its wildlife and diverse plant life. The highest peak in the park is Long's Peak (4345m).
