Rendaiji Temple

A temple located on the middle slope of Mount Yuga in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. It is a special head temple of the Omuro school of Shingon Buddhism. The mountain name is Mount Yuga. The principal image is the Eleven-Headed Kannon Bodhisattva. It is known as a temple for warding off evil spirits. It is also called "Yoga Daigongen." 岡山県倉敷市、瑜伽(ゆが)山の中腹にある寺院。真言宗御室派別格本山。山号は由加(ゆが)山。本尊は十一面観世音菩薩。厄除けの寺として知られる。「瑜伽大権現」ともいう。
