A representative work by Yamagata Tainii, a thinker of the mid-Edo period. Triggered by the punishment of Takeuchi Shikibu and others for criticizing the shogunate (the Horeki Incident), this work was completed in 1759 (the 9th year of the Horeki era) with criticism of the very existence of the shogunate. It consists of 13 chapters: Seimei (right name), Tokuichi (right), Jinbun (humanities), Taitai (main subject), Bunbu (military affairs), Tenmin (people), Henmin (commoners), Kanshi (people who encourage peace), Anmin (people who protect the people), Shugyo (politics), Currency, Interests, and Fukyo (wealth). It is an old book that Tainii's father unearthed from the site of his former residence over 20 years ago, and is said to have been written in imitation of the Oda period. Based on the idea of revering the emperor and expelling hegemony, it repeatedly explains why the shogunate and shogunate, who held power over the country, have forgotten the righteous path of justice, and shows a practical desire to overthrow the shogunate by hoping for the emergence of a new ruler to replace them. This was the cause of the execution of Daini in 1767 (Meiwa 4) (Meiwa Incident).
