Tarzan the Ape-Man

…American novelist. He tried many jobs in search of fame and fortune, but failed every time. In 1912, he wrote Tarzan the Apeman, which made him a popular author. He went on to write 26 books about Tarzan. This work was made into a film and a comic book, and the protagonist, a noble wild man named Tarzan, became the greatest popular hero of the 20th century.
