A town in Hiki County, central Saitama Prefecture. Most of the town is hilly and plateau, and rice and silkworm farming are practiced. The main settlement, Sugaya, is located along the Tobu Tojo Line and National Route 254. The area where the Tsuki River meanders is a scenic spot called Musashi-Arashiyama. Area: 29.92 km2 .
