Luo Shen Fu Tu (English: Luò shen fù tú)

Japanese: 洛神賦図 - らくしんふず（英語表記）Luò shén fù tú

This is a painting of the Luo Shen Fu (Fu of the Gods of Luo) (Volume 19 of the Wen Xuan) by Cao Zhi of the Wei dynasty in China. According to Pei Xiaogen's History of Public and Private Paintings during the Zhenguan Period, a Luo Shen Fu Tu (Fu of the Gods of Luo) created by Emperor Ming of the Eastern Jin dynasty, about 100 years after Cao Zhi, existed as early as the early Tang dynasty. However, most of the existing works are credited to Gu Kaizhi of the Eastern Jin dynasty, which is even later, and two are in the Palace Museum in Beijing, one each in the Liaoning Provincial Museum and the Freer Gallery of Art in Washington DC. All of these are said to be copies from the Song dynasty (960-1279), and are essential for understanding the style of Gu Kaizhi, the greatest painter of the Six Dynasties.

中国，魏の曹植の《洛神賦》(《文選》巻十九)を絵画化したもの。裴孝源（はいこうげん）《貞観公私画史》によれば，曹植から100年ほど下る東晋の明帝の制作になる《洛神賦図》が初唐の時点で存在していたという。現存するものの多くは，しかし，さらに降る東晋の顧愷之（こがいし）との伝称をもち，北京故宮博物院に2点，遼寧省博物館，ワシントンD.C.フリーア美術館に各1点所蔵されているのを挙げることができる。そのいずれも宋(960‐1279)の時代の模本とされるが，六朝最大の画家である顧愷之の作風を考えるうえで不可欠のものである。
