He first served Miyoshi Yasunaga, and later became a chief retainer of Nakamura Tadakazu, lord of Yonago Castle in Hoki (Tottori Prefecture). On November 14, 1605, he was killed by Tadakazu and his entire family was wiped out. He was commonly known as Uchizensho.
