Yang Yi-sun (English name)

A calligrapher of the Qing Dynasty in China. Born in Changshu (Jiangsu Province). His pen name was Ziyou, and his pen names were Wing Chun and Haosou. After his father's death, he took the name Guanhao Jushi. He was the magistrate of Fengyang County in Anhui Province. He studied calligraphy under Deng Shiru, and excelled in seal script, earning him praise on a par with the famous calligrapher of the time, Wu Dacheng. His works include "The New Guanzi" and "The Correct Reading of Zhuangzi."

中国,清の書家。常熟 (江蘇省) の人。字は子与,号は詠春,濠叟。父の死後に観濠居士と号した。官は安徽省鳳陽県知県となった。書は鄧石如 (とうせきじょ) を学び,篆書 (てんしょ) を得意とし,当時の著名な書家呉大澂と並び称された。著書に『管子今編』『荘子正読』などがある。
