Ulyanovsk
Ulyanovsk: A nuclear-powered aircraft carrier planned for the Soviet Navy. Construction began in Ukraine in 1988 with the aim of commissioning around 1995, but construction was halted following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. The ship was scrapped and scrapped.
