In insurance, the term moral hazard is also used, but both are translated as "moral danger." It refers to the danger related to the character of the policyholder or insured, or the character of those who come into contact with them. Insurance is an economic system that is premised on chance accidents, and the uncertainty or possibility of these chance accidents occurring is called "risk." In insurance theory, "risk" can be classified and analyzed from various angles, but it can be divided into physical danger (real danger) and moral danger (moral risk) associated with the subject of the insurance contract application.
