Uchimura Onsenkyo

This is the general name for Reisenji Onsen, Oshio Onsen, and Kakeyu Onsen, all located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. It belongs to the area of ​​the former Marukomachi town and is also known as Maruko Onsenkyo. It was named after its location in the valley of the Uchimura River, a tributary of the Yoda River, which is a tributary of the Chikuma River. This hot spring resort is characterized by the fact that it is a hot spring for therapeutic purposes and has no recreational facilities, and is particularly popular with people with high blood pressure from all over the country. It has been designated a national hot spring resort, and has various hot spring medical facilities. Oshio Onsen is one of Takeda Shingen's hidden hot springs, and its spring quality is simple hot spring water. It is an hour to an hour and 10 minutes by bus from Ueda Station on the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen line, or a 50-minute bus ride from Matsumoto Station on the Chuo Main Line.

長野県上田市にある霊泉寺温泉(れいせんじおんせん)、大塩温泉、鹿教湯温泉(かけゆおんせん)の総称。旧丸子町(まるこまち)域に属し丸子温泉郷ともいう。千曲(ちくま)川の支流である依田(よだ)川の支流、内村川の渓谷にあるのでこの名がついた。この温泉郷の特色は、湯治温泉で娯楽機関がなく、とくに全国から高血圧患者の来湯が多いことである。国民保養温泉地に指定され、各種の温泉医療施設がある。なお、大塩温泉は武田信玄の隠し湯(しんげんのかくしゆ)の一つで、泉質は単純温泉。JR北陸新幹線上田駅からバス1時間～1時間10分、中央本線松本駅からバス50分。
