Bohai Oil Fields

Japanese: 渤海油田群 - ぼっかいゆでんぐん

A general term for the oil fields along the coast of and within the Bohai Sea. The Bohai Sea is located in the northern part of the North China Sedimentary Basin, and within this basin are the Shengli, Liaohe, Dagang, North China, and Zhongyuan oil fields. China independently began oil exploration in the Bohai Sea in 1960, and by 1980 had drilled 56 exploratory wells and discovered three oil fields, including Chengbei and Haisi. Since 1980, Japan and France have cooperated with China to conduct exploratory drilling of 16 wells. Japan-China Petroleum Development Co., Ltd. has drilled eight exploratory wells, five of which were successful, and four exploration wells, three of which were successful.

渤海沿岸および渤海内に存在する油田の総称。渤海は華北堆積盆地の北部に位置し，本盆地内には勝利，遼河，大港，華北，中原等の油田が分布する。渤海における石油の探鉱は1960年に中国が独自に着手し，80年までに56坑の試探掘井を掘削し，埕北，海四等の3油田を発見した。80年以降は日本，フランスが中国との合作によって16坑の試探掘を行った。日中石油開発(株)は試掘井8坑を掘削，うち5坑成功，探掘井4坑を掘削，うち3坑が成功という成果を収めた。
