Born: April 20, 1879 in Paris Died April 30, 1944. A Parisian haute couture designer. He had a huge influence on Western clothing from the 1900s to the early 1910s with his loose, corset-free silhouettes and his adoption of Fauvism and Eastern and Russian art sensibilities.
