Born: July 2, 1825 in Würzburg
Died January 22, 1890. German politician from Berlin. He had been a Bavarian senator since 1847 and had taken an anti-Prussian stance, but after German unification, he became a member of the Imperial Diet in 1872 and played an active role as a leader of the Center Party. He was highly regarded as an expert on finance, and when Bismarck proposed the introduction of protective tariffs and tax increases in 1879, he proposed the "Frankenstein Clause," which called for the distribution of any portion of the Imperial revenues from customs and tobacco taxes in excess of 130 million marks to each state in proportion to its population, and this was adopted. He also had a strong influence on social legislation.

Frankenstein
Frankenstein

One of the most famous monsters that has appeared in movies and popular literature, an artificial human created from a corpse. It was created in the novel of the same name (1818) by the English female author M. Shelley, which can be described as a mixture of Gothic novels and science fiction. The story is about a Swiss occult researcher, Frankenstein, who creates a giant, who is eventually killed by the giant in despair at his own ugliness, but the monster later came to be called by this name. Since the 1931 film starring Boris Karloff, it has been made into a film many times.
