Fuchu [town] - Fuchu
Located in Aki District, Hiroshima Prefecture, surrounded by Hiroshima City. Formerly the location of Aki Kokufu. On the Sanyo Main Line, the town is home to the Mazda headquarters and factory, a large beer factory, and many other small and medium-sized factories. Residential development is progressing rapidly, especially in the eastern hills, and there are many commuters to Hiroshima City. 10.41 km2 . Population: 50,442 (2010).
