Hitotsusegawa

Japanese: 一ッ瀬川 - ひとつせがわ
Hitotsusegawa
A river in central Miyazaki Prefecture. It is 91 km long. It originates east of Ichifusayama on the border with Kumamoto Prefecture, flows southeast, and empties into the Hyuga-Nada Sea east of Sadowara Town (now Miyazaki City). From the upper reaches to the middle reaches, it creates a deep valley in the Kyushu Mountains, and from Sugiyasu downstream, it dissects the plateau. There is the Hitose Dam.
