Hiyoshizu [village] - Hiezu

Japanese: 日吉津[村] - ひえづ

A village in Saihaku District, western Tottori Prefecture. It faces the Sea of Japan to the north and the Hino River flows to the west. National Route 9 brushes against the southern end of the village, and a large suburban shopping mall is located along National Route 431 Bypass, which crosses the village from east to west, attracting many shoppers from the surrounding area. The paper industry, which utilizes the abundant underground water from Mt. Daisen, is thriving, and the Oji Paper Yonago Factory is located on the southern border with Yonago City, making it the village's core industry. It borders Yonago City on three sides, and many people commute to Yonago City to work or study. ^{4.20 km2} . 3,339 people (2010).
